Warranty, Returns, Exchanges, Pre-Orders, Cancellations, Address Correction, Lost, Stolen, Sales and Giveaway Policy
Product Warranty
We strive to use the highest quality materials for our products. We believe in the quality, and offer a product warranty on all manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, drops, odor, negligence, or misuse on the consumer’s behalf. We reserve the right to require photographic proof of the defect to ensure it is in fact a manufacturer defect.
*Please note that you have 3 days after your package is delivered to notify a manufacturing defect to get the “Warranty Product” applied.
If your claim is approved as a manufacturing defect JUGGY will cover all shipping costs. Please include your order number, name, and a detailed explanation of your claim in your email. (a photo will be required to validate claims.) Once you send the email, we will reach out to you via email within 2-3 business days. We will not be able to accept your claim if a photo of the issue is not provided.
Warranty claims can take up to 3-5 days to process and 5-10 business days to ship.
Please email our support team with the title “PRODUCT WARRANTY” to start the warranty process at support@juggyusa.com and be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue.
30 Day Return Policy
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a note detailing the reason for your return placed within your return package. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless the customer gets the “Product Protection Insurance” that covers the product and the shipping cost only when the product is stolen or lost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of either the store credit or refund amount.
*Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable
If an order is sent back to us by the carrier (Returned to Sender) we will issue store credit for use on a future purchase.

Exchanges
*To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and all original packaging must be included. We require a receipt or proof of purchase and a note detailing what item you would like to exchange for, placed within your return package.

Pre-Orders & Back-Order
Some of our products are on pre-order/back-orders which means they are currently under production and will be shipped to our customers as soon as they are in stock at our warehouse. This allows our customers to reserve new products and allows us to gauge interest and demand. Once a pre-order has been placed it cannot be canceled. However, replacements can be offered if the item is defective upon arrival. Orders that have not been fulfilled after 3 months will be eligible for a store credit, exchange or refund.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, you must let us know as soon as the order is placed with the title of your email "ORDER CANCELLATION". We will do our very best to assist, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request before your order is shipped.
Address Corrections
**The customer is fully responsible to enter their correct address.
We will do our best to accommodate and help customers with address issues and you may attempt to let us know about the issue as soon as you place the order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it will be fixed in time.
Once your order has been shipped we are unable to make any address corrections.
To request an address change or correction, again you must let us know as soon as the order is placed with the title of your email "ADDRESS CORRECTION". We will do our best to correct before the shipping label is created, but once the order is submitted to shipping we can no longer make any changes.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@juggyusa.com
Lost, stolen or disposed by courier package
We do not claim responsibility for packages that get lost, stolen or disposed of by courier unless you purchased the “Product Protection Insurance”. If you did not purchase the insurance you will need to contact the carrier for more information on your package. If you did purchase the insurance, then please contact our support team at support@juggyusa.com and they can further assist you.
Liquidation Sales and giveaways.
Note that any product with 25% off or higher is considered as a liquidation sale.
All liquidation sale purchases, and giveaway winnings are final.
