I love the bag completely

So I was a little sad that it was just a smidge too small for my kindle, but I was able to jerry-rig somthing with the bottle holder and some velcro(yay kindle pouch). The design is TOO CUTE, and the strap is plenty long. The build quality seems really nice and turdy too.

Great product, but customer service response could improve.

I really like the product, but when emailing customer service, the response time was about 3-4 days on average on several emails.

I’ve waited with bated breath for two months for my HP tumbler to arrive. Yesterday was the day and I was so excited!!! It’s beautiful and my students at school noticed it right away. Only thing I would change is I wish the graphics were a little more colorful. But it’s awesome and feels very well made!!!!
